convenient location friendly staff comfortable bed
I found the hotel's location quite convenient , with easy access to many attractions. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, offering assistance with directions and recommendations. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of choices and the food quality was very good. I especially liked the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed.
The gym was smaller than expected , with limited equipment.

i found a wonderful hotel design. my room had a well-stocked minibar with many choices. the hotel offered complimentary lemonade in the lobby each afternoon. staff provided umbrellas when needed for unexpected rain

small spa repetitive menu
the location was convenient, I will admit. the staff was usually available at the reception DESK.
I found the breakfast quite underwhelming for the price. the selection was just repetitive day after day. It seemed like they never changed THE menu. also, the spa area was so small that I couldn't do anything.

superb city stay!
high standard excellent location short walk
I enjoyed my stay very much! the room cleaning was done to a high standard every day. A chocolate and the next day's weather forecast were left each evening! the location proved excellent, close to st stephens basilica, the danube, and the parliament building. i appreciated the short walk to the buda castle too.
during breakfast, the selection was somewhat limited. the hot options, while available, could have been warmer. i felt that fresh coffee and juices should have been included without extra charge.
